BDO Advisory is a consulting company. Our experienced team has up-to-date knowledge, the application of which is supported by modern technologies and international opportunities. BDO Advisory was transformed from HBC, which was established in 2003.
In the initial period of our activity, we focused on financial consulting, which is why we still put great emphasis on the measurable effects of our work and their actual reflection in our clients’ financial results.
From the beginning of our activity, our main goal was to provide the most effective expertise that would translate into the improvement of the organization we advise. As a result, we very quickly expanded our area of cooperation with clients to include process management, process improvement, and, as a result, the Lean Manufacturing methodology.
By the end of 2018, we had completed over 60 various consulting and implementation projects, the effects of which are confirmed by the references presented in the “They trusted us” section, and examples of our work are described in case studies.
In order to expand our offer and thus more accurately respond to the needs of our clients, from the beginning of 2016 HBC became part of the BDO Group, and in 2017 we changed our name to BDO HBC Business Improvement.
By joining the global BDO network, our offer, in addition to implementation projects and process audits, also includes complex training projects and services in the field of in-depth operational audit of the organization, which allows us to respond to the needs of each of our clients. The scope of services we offer allows not only to design and effectively implement solutions, but also to ensure their durability and development in the future.
In 2021, the company underwent rebranding, adopting the name BDO Advisory, and this is the next step in integration with the BDO Group. As part of BDO Polska, we have been supporting clients for years in the field of audits, improving the quality and efficiency of enterprises, streamlining organizational processes and operations.
